Michael and Elyssa met while attending Otterbein University. From their earliest days, they shared a deep connection through Fraternity and Sorority Life. They spent countless hours together, navigating the ups and downs of college life, making memories, learning from their mistakes, and growing into the people they are today.

After graduation, Michael moved to Kent State University for graduate school, while Elyssa stayed in Westerville to complete her nursing degree and begin her career at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. During this time, their bond deepened, and they officially became a couple—proving that distance only made their hearts grow fonder.

Four years later, Michael finally returned to Westerville to work at their beloved alma mater, while Elyssa continued to thrive in her nursing career. Today, they’re not only best friends but also each other's truest love. With grateful hearts and faith in God’s plan, they’re ready to begin the next chapter of their story, hand in hand, trusting in His guidance.
